Obstacle of Inquiry Plan

Wow, I was so shocked when I walked into the teacher's classroom. The students are talking loud. They are not pay attention to the teacher at all. A few students acknowledge my existence, said "Hello" in Chinese to me. I can tell the teacher was working very hard. I think she needs more help from the aspect of classroom management than activities. I really need to think about how to make sure the inquiry plan go through.

    Sounds like she really needs your help. I agree that without good classroom management it is hard to accomplish much. I hope that she is receptive to your work with her. Good luck - you might need to do some flexible thinking with the inquiry plan.

    I agree with Dr. Clarke, sounds like she really needs your help in classroom management. From a positve note, by witnessing the activities of the classroom, you are now able to narrow your focus on what you can do to help this teacher. I know she will appreciate your help.
